Since that time, Bakersfield personal injury attorney, Tim Osborn’s practice has rapidly grown to become one of the most successful personal injury practices in the San Joaquin Valley. As a local Bakersfield personal injury attorney, Tim Osborn regularly handles a wide array of personal injury and wrongful death cases, including cases involving major trucking and car accidents, fires and explosions, injuries at work caused by third-party negligence, brain and spine injury cases and cases against commercial enterprises for failure to protect their patrons from third-party assault and battery. Mr. Osborn also handles insurance bad faith cases and has experience in litigating products liability cases. Mr. Osborn has litigated personal injury and wrongful death cases in nearly every county in California and several other western states. To date he has obtained more than eight figures in settlements and verdicts on behalf of his personal injury and wrongful death clients.

Tim is believed to be the youngest personal injury attorney in Kern County history to receive the prestigious “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubbell. That list is comprised of the magazine’s 100 highest rated lawyers under 40 in Southern California and it is featured annually in the Super Lawyers Rising Stars edition. In addition, Tim is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, two of the most highly regarded groups of trial lawyers in the United States, whose members have won million dollar and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements and whose membership consists of fewer than 1 percent of U.S. lawyers.
