Meet Tim Osborn

Since that time, Bakersfield personal injury attorney, Tim Osborn’s practice has rapidly grown to become one of the most successful personal injury practices in the San Joaquin Valley. As a local Bakersfield personal injury attorney, Tim Osborn regularly handles a wide array of catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, including cases involving major trucking and auto accidents, fires and explosions, industrial injuries caused by third-party negligence, brain injury cases and cases against commercial enterprises for failure to protect their patrons from third-party violence. Mr. Osborn also handles insurance bad faith cases and has experience in litigating products liability cases. Mr. Osborn has litigated cases in nearly every county in California and several other states throughout the Western U.S. To date he has obtained more than eight figures in settlements and verdicts on behalf of clients.
Mr. Osborn is believed to be the youngest personal injury attorney in Kern County history to receive the prestigious “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubbell. The AV Preeminent rating is the highest rating available from Martindale and it indicates that the recipient’s peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence. Mr. Osborn is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, two of the most highly regarded groups of trial lawyers in the United States, whose members have won million dollar and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements and whose membership consists of fewer than 1 percent of U.S. lawyers. In 2014, he received the “Client’s Choice Award” from AVVO.com and he has a “10.0 Superb” rating from that website.

The firm frequently contributes to various charities, including, but not limited to, The American Cancer Society, Make-A-Wish Foundation, The Wounded Heroes Fund of Kern County, JJ’s Legacy, CSU Bakersfield Foundation, Women’s Club of Bakersfield, Saint Agnes Foundation of Fresno, St. Baldrick’s Pediatric Cancer Foundation, Active 20-40 Club of Bakersfield, the California Waterfowl Association and many more.
